  • Developed and led delivery of virtual training academy to complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system training to 1,300 sales staff in a professional services client during COVID lockdown.
  • Lead architect for development for learning curriculum for 2,500 learners working in anti-money laundering, including regulatory training requirements, process, technology and soft skills training, using 70 20 10 learning strategies.
  • Led the design and delivery of first consulting skills curriculum in UK 'big four' consulting firm, for experienced hire staff, creating a role and level-based curriculum using interactive, blended learning tools mapped to a capability framework.

  • Lead the learning design work of a nation-wide induction for a new UK central government agency delivering identification management services, training 800 client staff and management of a team of 10 trainers.
  • Design and implementation of a new induction programme onboarding over 1,000 new joiners as Know your Customer (KYC) analysts including design and delivery of a 4-week induction programme in Poland, India and the Philippines.
  • Led the delivery of the experienced hire induction programme for one of the 'big four' consultancy firms in the UK over a 3 year period.

  • As part of the building of a global L&D team in a well-known bank TTT courses were created and rolled out to build capability of the 30-strong team of trainers across 3 different offshore centres in Poland, India and the Philippines.
  • TTT provided for the training team to support learning for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP roll out in a global energy company, including training skills and project management of the training. 
  • In-depth face to face TTT was developed and provided to mid-level client facing consultants who were leading training workstreams, in various culture, operating model, process and technology projects for clients of one of the ‘big four’ consulting firms, along with ongoing coaching and feedback to continue development of trainer skills.
