The need for the organisation to learn in terms of skills, knowledge or behaviours is analysed, assessed and diagnosed - to help achieve business strategy.
Our approach to learning needs analysis (LNA) would be employed here to gain the right detailed picture of the requirement.
The LNA will feed into the L&D strategy which will be created here and finalised in the design phase of our work.

We carefully design the required learning curriculum and/or solutions to enabled employees to learn and succeed.
Initially a high level design will be created for sign off, which will layout the learning strategy, objectives and key content, along with learning methods described.
Then detailed design documentation will be created along with the content/product for detailed delivery guidance.

It is critical for collaboration with our clients in development of any learning solutions, this is a partnership to achieve the learning goals.

Walking through the high level and detailed design documentation will enable us to agree with our client that the solution is fit for purpose, and a 'walk through' of the learning may take place.
Different learning products will be created to deliver the content and channel/product management will be agreed in terms of delivery e.g. face to face training, e-learning, online learning.
The development and execution of any TTT will take place in this step.

This can take many formats and the different options for delivery are provided in our approach to ensure personalisation, scalability and good use of technology.
The learning will be delivered overseen with project management methods to keep control of delivery, timescales, milestones and dependencies.
Feedback will be captured to evaluate
