Chris Chilvers: Director at Elandy Advisory
My name is Chris Chilvers, Director of Elandy Advisory Ltd. I am an engaging, energetic and innovative senior Learning & Development (L&D) consulting professional with 20 years of experience including numerous client L&D projects, 2 years of operational L&D leadership and 5 years working as a (qualified) teacher. As a consultant I have worked all around the UK and also in Poland, Ireland, India, the Philippines, Australia and the USA. I specialise in key areas of organisational learning including bespoke learning design, organisational induction, learning needs analysis, train the trainer, capability frameworks and career pathways. I am a qualified executive coach and enjoying working with clients to enable them to build insight and develop their skills and confidence.
