Chris Chilvers - Director
I am an innovative and strategic senior Learning & Development (L&D) consulting professional with 20 years of experience including numerous L&D client consulting roles, 2 years of operational L&D leadership in a global bank and 5 years working as a (qualified) teacher. As a consultant I have worked all around the UK and also in Europe, Asia, Australia and the USA. I specialise in analysing client learning requirements and evolving these into bespoke learning designs, often through working closely with subject matter experts. My other areas of expertise include organisational induction, learning needs analysis, train the trainer, capability frameworks and employee engagement. I am a qualified executive coach and enjoying working with clients to enable them to build insight and develop their skills and confidence.
